Vietnam, Netherlands to foster cooperation in smart city development
Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to the Netherlands Ngo Thi Hoa hailed the Netherlands as one of the pioneer countries in the globe in terms of developing smart cities, saying that its experience will be helpful to Vietnam.
She believed that the seminar will provide valuable information and meet the interest of Vietnam.
A Letter of Intent was recently signed by the Smart Cities Consortium (Netherlands) and the Urban Development Agency of Ministry of Construction.

The document was inked on occasion of Vice Minister of Construction Phan Thi My Linh's visit to the Netherlands (August 25-30).
In addition to the signing, during the visit, the Vietnamese delegation has visited different parts of the Netherlands to closely work with leaders of municipal authorities, research institutions, and lead firms there./.
