Vietnamese leaders offer condolences to India over train accident

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his sympathy to Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj.
The accident occurred on November 20th morning, killing at least 146 passengers and injuring more than 200 others./.
