VNU students participate in ASEAN+3 Creative Community
A group of students from the Vietnam National University recently participated in the Creative Community in ASEAN+3 2018.
Under the themed “Creative Community, 16th ASEAN and 6th ASEAN+3 Youth Cultural Forum were held from November 11 to 16 in the capital city of Manila, the Philippines. The event was jointly held by the Ateneo de Manila University and the ASEAN University Network.

The forum is an annual event held by AUN members, focusing on increasing exchange opportunity for ASEAN and ASEAN+3 Youth, facilitating participants' initiatives to contribute to sustainable and stable development of ASEAN.
The Forum brought together 110 representatives of ASEAN and ASEAN+3 Universities. The Vietnamese delegation consisted of 8 members, of which 5 are from the University of Can Tho, and 3 from the Vietnam National University.
During the 6-day program, participants took part in various activities, including seminars chaired by experts on arts creation and the participation of the public in traditional culture conservation, introducing one another's culture via song and dance performance.

The most prominent activity of the Youth Cultural Forum is an exchange with native artists in Dingalan, Aurora, a province located in the South East coast of Philippine, home to a highly-perse natural and cultural environment.
Under the instruction of the artists, the students worked in group to discuss and presented their views on 5 topics: Music and sound perform; Contemporary Dance, Art and Native Literature, Visual Arts and Fine Art, Movie and The motion of picture./.
