This is an opportunity for people to enjoy pure beauty of the cherry blossoms as well as for them to obtain a better appreciation for the traditional cultural beauty of Japan, says Mr. Quy.
The 2-day event will exhibit some of the best Japanese cherry tree gardens for sightseeing along with many flowers and ornamental trees native to Vietnam.
The event aims to popularize the image and cultural beauty of the Japanese land and people to Hanoians, promoting cooperation between Hanoi and Japan in the fields of culture, tourism and economy.
In Japan, cherry trees blossom in March and April, when people hold outdoor activities and organize blossom-viewing parties./.
