At the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin led a high-level Russian delegation on an official visit to Vietnam and co-chaired the 4th Meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the Russian State Duma from September 28 to 29.
