In a recent meeting session on June 9, Vice President - General Secretary of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) Phan Anh Son and Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Principal Director Kelly McKeague agreed to further discuss cooperation in dealing with war aftermath.

"For me, every time I go to Vietnam is not a visit but like returning home," said Pallab Sengupta, the new President of the World Peace Council, in an interview with the VietnamTimes.

While answering to the VietnamTimes' interview, elegates attending the 22nd Assembly of the World Peace Council (WPC) taking place in Hanoi and Quang Ninh (Vietnam, November 21-26, 2022) said they were impressed with the organization and preparation of the host country.
