| On December 6, Can Tho City hosted its annual New Year celebration for foreign professionals, students, and workers living, studying, and working in the city. Nguyen Thuc Hien, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho People's Committee, extended warm New Year wishes to all foreign residents. He highlighted the city’s achievements in 2024 and acknowledged the significant contributions of international individuals and organizations to Can Tho’s development.
