Bringing his expertise and inspiration to lively dining tables across Vietnam, Carlsberg’s brewing expert introduces refined food and beer pairings that make every dining occasion more memorable than ever.

To mark the launch of the campaign, Zoran Gojkovic, Carlsberg’s brewing expert, embarked on a journey across Southeast Asia, stepping away from the brewery to explore some of the region’s most exciting and vibrant kitchens. At each stop, he met with chefs, restaurant partners and local food communities to uncover the rich culinary traditions behind each dish and share the science of brewing to create the perfect food and beer pairings.

Throughout the journey, Zoran drew on decades of brewing expertise to select the most suitable beers from Carlsberg’s portfolio for each distinctive dish, highlighting the harmonious interplay between local culinary culture and the art of brewing in a single dining experience.

Through attractive offers available at restaurants on Grab Dine Out, Carlsberg is redefining the modern beer-drinking experience in the heart of bustling cities, where distinctive local flavours abound. Going beyond expert food and beer pairing recommendations, the collaboration takes food lovers from digital inspiration to the dining table, where they can easily discover a curated selection of local dining destinations, unlock personalised offers and enjoy food and beer pairings crafted by experts to suit a variety of tastes.

Daniel Thomas Grass, Senior Marketing Director at Carlsberg Vietnam, said: “Vietnam has an incredibly rich culinary culture, and beer has long been a familiar part of social gatherings. Through our partnership with Grab, we are bringing Carlsberg’s brewing expertise closer to local dining experiences, making it easier for consumers to discover new food and beer pairings and enjoy our products in fresh and more relevant ways.”
