| On December 12, a delegation including EU Ambassador Julien Guerrier, Spanish Ambassador Carmen Cano de Lasala, and Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long, embarked on a joint field trip to Can Tho and Tra Vinh. The purpose of the trip was to assess and discuss the implementation of the EU-supported sustainable energy transition program. On the first day of the field trip, the delegation toured several key sites in Can Tho.
