Festival promoting Belgian beer culture to kick off tomorrow
At the Belgian Beer Festival on Friday (March 30), over 80 different kinds of Belgian beer, together with traditional Belgian fries, waffles, hamburgers, beef stew and Belgian white sausages, will be served with non-stop live music.
Belgium is a small country but it has a rich and perse heritage to be proud of. Not only being famous in the world for chocolate, fries and diamonds, Belgium is also recognised as the country with the some of the best beers in the world.
Aiming to promote the Belgian beer culture to Vietnamese people and expats who are working and living in Vietnam, BeluxCham, the Belgian/Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, has announced the 4th edition of the Belgian Beer Festival, which will take place on March 30, from 6pm until 11pm at the American Club, 19-21 Hai Ba Trung Street.
The first edition of Belgian Beer Festival in Vietnam was held in Hanoi in 2014 and was the initiative of the Belgian Ambassador Bruno Angelet. It attracted 1,300 beer lovers.
Visitors tomorrow can expect 85 different kinds of Belgian beer, together with traditional Belgian fries, waffles, hamburgers, beef stew and Belgian white sausages, along with with non-stop live music.
Tickets, before March 30th, cost VND 300,000 (USD 13.2), and at door at VND 400,000 (USD 17.6)./.
