“When preparing for the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of Brazil this October, we consider Vietnam’s experience as a model to learn from,” shared journalist and historian Pedro Da Oliveira, Secretary General of the Brazil-Vietnam Friendship Association (ABRAVIET).

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, many international scholars and political figures affirmed that Vietnam has risen from the spirit of independence, self-reliance, and resilience; has remained steadfast in the path of Doi Moi (Renewal) with genuine participation of the people; and has placed human beings at the center of development. From the ashes of war, Vietnam has grown into a dynamic and inclusive success story, steadily advancing on its journey to become a comprehensively developed nation.

The three decades of commitment to Vietnam by Florence Cavalier, President of the organization EPVN, began with her journey into motherhood with four Vietnamese children. From maternal love, she expanded her heart, sowed seeds of compassion, and nurtured a strong bond of friendship between the people of France and Vietnam.
