Mu Cang Chai terraced fields’ beauty in autumn
When the autumn comes, the beauty of spacious yellow rice fields on the high terraced fields on Mu Cang Chai district brings passion to people’s hearts.

Mu Cang Chai is a western district in Yen Bai province which is situated some 280 kilometres from Hanoi.
Each year, when the rice is ready to harvest (from September to October), tourists and photographers rush to the district to record the image of fascinating beauty of the terraced fields.
Lying under the Hoang Lien Son range, Mu Cang Chai appears with peaceful villages close to yellow rice terraced fields.
Terraced fields in La Pan Tan, Che Cu Nha and Ze Xu Phinh were recognised as national landscapes by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Terraced fields look like flows of honey stretching northwestern mountains.
