Signing Ceremony for the Coordination Program on Propaganda, Career Guidance, and Military Recruitment Counseling for Youth (2024 - 2030) between the Youth Union of Brigade 172, Naval Region 3, and the Youth Union of Hoang Hoa Tham High School

Attending the event were Lieutenant Colonel Chu Quang Vinh, Political Commissar of Brigade 172, Naval Region 3; Nguyen Thi Kim Tien, Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Hoang Hoa Tham School and representatives of the two units along with more than 500 cadres, teachers, students and youth union members of the school.

During the 2025 propaganda session on seas and islands, career guidance, and military recruitment consultation, teachers and students of Hoang Hoa Tham High School listened to Lieutenant Colonel Chu Quang Vinh.

He discussed the position, role, and importance of the seas and islands in nation-building and defense, the current situation of Vietnam's maritime areas, the notable achievements of the Vietnam People's Navy in protecting maritime sovereignty, the development journey of Naval Region 3, an overview of the Naval Academy, and key information regarding military recruitment in 2024.

Lieutenant Colonel Chu Quang Vinh, Political Commissar of Brigade 172, guides students on the registration process for admission to the Naval Academy.

The representative from Brigade 172 also addressed students' concerns and questions, providing them with valuable information to assist in their future enrollment decisions.

The activity aims to educate students and youth union members about revolutionary traditions, patriotism, and a love for the sea and islands. It also seeks to build awareness and responsibility among the youth for the task of protecting the sovereignty of the nation's seas and islands in the current context.
