Of the four houses, three were built in Bac Ai Commune and one in Bac Ai Tay Commune. Throughout the project, the Naval Region 4 Command directed Brigade 957, Brigade 101, Technical Support Center 719, and the Training Center to coordinate with local authorities, mobilizing hundreds of officers and sailors along with more than a dozen vehicles and pieces of equipment for construction. After nearly one month of work and close to 1,000 labor days, all four houses were completed ahead of schedule while meeting quality standards and ensuring absolute safety.

The newly completed, durable homes have been promptly handed over for use, meeting the families' essential housing needs and helping them secure stable living conditions and confidently pursue their livelihoods. The project carries significant political and social value, reflecting Vietnam's tradition of remembering those who contributed to the nation and demonstrating the responsibility and gratitude of Naval Region 4 officers and sailors toward families with meritorious service to the revolution.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Bui Van Ben, Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, emphasized that under the principle, "Whenever the people need help, the Navy is there," officers and sailors of the region regard assisting local communities as "a command from the heart" and an essential responsibility of service members in peacetime. He noted that the newly handed-over homes stand as a vivid symbol of the close bond between the military and the people, further enhancing the noble image of the "Ho Chi Minh Soldiers - Navy Service Members."

He also expressed his appreciation to local Party committees, authorities, and residents for their close cooperation and support, which enabled the project to be completed on schedule. At the same time, he encouraged the recipient families to take good care of their new homes, use them effectively, and continue working toward stable livelihoods and economic development.

Representatives of the beneficiary families expressed their gratitude for the timely support provided by the Naval Region 4 Command and local authorities. They said the new homes serve as a great source of encouragement, giving their families greater confidence and motivation to improve their lives.

On this occasion, the Naval Region 4 Command presented each family with a television. The Youth Union and Women's Union of the Region's Logistics and Technical Department, together with the Region's Staff Department, donated household items and daily necessities worth a total of VND 19 million. In addition, individual agencies and units presented separate gifts to each family.
