(VNF) - The Quang Ninh football mini tour - Sai Gon Beer 2016 Cup which co-hosted by Quang Ninh provincial Department of Culture and Sports, and Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Joint Stock Corporation, has recently wrapped up at 30/10 Square, Ha Long city.

The annual tour, in the spirit of “Solidarity - Honesty - Nobility - Advance”, has satisfied strong demand from fans, as well as collecting and cultivating the best players for Quang Ninh province, thus actively following the campaign “All the people practice physical training following great Uncle Ho”.

The 32 teams played in four groups, in a round-robin formula, to seek the best two qualifying for the knock-out round.

In the final, the Ha Long Luxury Hotel team (Ha Long city) won the Cup (VND40 million in cash), following by Ka Long team (Mong Cai city) and Hong Long team (Ha Long city), pocketing VND20 million and VND10 million in cash, respectively.

The best two teams, together with best ones from 11 provinces/cities, will play in the final round of Sai Gon Beer 2016 Cup in the coastal city of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province this October./.
