On a dry, sunny afternoon in Henan, China, I look back through old photographs from Viet Nam. Over 14 years, since my first business trip to explore the market, I have found a bridge that has shaped my life: my wife from Ben Tre and the heartfelt meals we have shared. To me, returning to Viet Nam is like coming home.
