In Champasak Province, Laos, HIV and tuberculosis are far more than public health issues. For many people living with HIV, those affected by TB, and individuals in high-risk groups, the greatest barrier to care is often not the distance to a health facility - it is the fear of being recognized, judged, shunned, or treated differently.
