Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang has voiced Vietnam's response to information in a report by the US-based National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia regarding humanitarian cooperation in the search and identification of US servicemen missing during the war in Vietnam (MIA).

A ceremony to repatriate the remains believed to be of a US soldier listed as missing in action (MIA) from the war in Vietnam has been held at Da Nang International Airport.
