On October 10, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang said that Viet Nam welcomed the European Union’s (EU) decision to remove Viet Nam from its list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, describing it as recognition of the country’s reform efforts in recent years.
