On May 8, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), the Vietnam-Austria Friendship Association and the Austria-Vietnam Society signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening bilateral friendship, promoting people-to-people exchanges, and expanding multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Austria in the new period.

During a working session with Dr. Friedhelm Frischenschlager, former Austrian Minister of Defence, held on May 8 in Hanoi, delegates discussed the potential for cooperation between Vietnam and Austria. Organized by the Vietnam-Austria Friendship Association and the Austrian Embassy in Vietnam, the event opened up numerous opportunities for collaboration in the economic, educational, and cultural sectors.

The Vietnam - Austria Friendship Association will continue to promote its role as a bridge, together with the Austrian Embassy in Vietnam, ​​to promote increasingly deeper bilateral relations, actively contributing to the bilateral friendship and comprehensive cooperation.
