In Hanoi, the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with relevant agencies, has organized a conference on the dissemination of Vietnamese laws for overseas Vietnamese, with the participation of a large number of expatriates returning from many countries.
