Amid mounting challenges to international security and growing concerns over the erosion of the global arms control architecture, Vietnam continues to play an active coordinating role by chairing a series of regional consultations aimed at fostering dialogue, building consensus, and making substantive preparations for the 2026 Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
