Vietnamese and Korean Students Explore Mid-Autumn Traditions Together
Beyond learning about cultural traditions, the programme gave students an opportunity to communicate with one another, practise the languages they are studying and gain a deeper understanding of each other’s cultures.

| On September 18, the Korean Cultural Center in Viet Nam, in collaboration with Hanoi University, held a cultural exchange programme featuring Mid-Autumn Festival traditions from Viet Nam and Korea. The event brought together Vietnamese students from the Department of Korean Studies and Korean students from the Department of Vietnamese Studies. During the programme, students learned about the Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Festival and Korea’s Chuseok before working in mixed Vietnamese-Korean groups to make traditional Korean dasik and Vietnamese bánh dẻo under the guidance of experts. |
