The Hai Phong Union of Friendship Organizations, in coordination with the Tzu Chi Foundation and relevant partners, recently organized a program to award 700 scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in the western area of the city.

On May 10 and 11, the Hai Duong Union of Friendship Organizations, in collaboration with the Tzu Chi Foundation (Taiwan, China,) held a program to distribute aid under the initiative “Educational support for disadvantaged students in the 2024-2025 academic year.”
