Tzu Chi Brings Joy to 250 Poor Households in Tra Vinh with Tet Gifts
The Tra Vinh Union of Friendship Organizations in coordination with the Tzu Chi organization (Taiwan, China) and the People's Committee of Tra Cu district (Tra Vinh) has just organized a program to give Tet gifts to poor households in the communes of Ngai Xuyen, Tan Son, and Ham Giang.
