The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) issued Plan No. 17/KH-MTTW-BTT on June 18 to organize the “Month of Listening to the People” initiative nationwide, requiring implementation from provincial to commune and residential community levels. The plan also stipulates that the effectiveness of the program will be assessed based on the resolution of public recommendations and citizens’ satisfaction levels.
