Ba Be lake

Ba Be lake is the largest natural lake in Vietnam, with 7km length and 1km width. It is considered as the jewel of Ba Be National Park. The lake is surrounded by evergreen forests and limestone mountains, is home to over 550 species of plants, 233 species of birds, 106 species of fishes, as well as a variety of turtles and butterflies.
It is an ideal place for boat trips. The best time to visit Ba Be Lake is between August and September or early Spring. Many visitors choose a trekking tour around the Ba Be National park to experience the local culture in ethnic minority villages.
Noong lake

Many people visit Ha Giang for its steep slopes, rugged mountains and terraced rice fields, but they miss the hidden charm of Noong Lake. During the dry season (October to April), the lake becomes a habitat for ducks and geese. In the rainy season, you can paddle on the lake and watch the locals fishing. This is a very peaceful and quiet place.
Xuan Huong lake

Located in Da Lat city, Xuan Huong Lake always attracts tourists by its extremely romantic scenery, especially at sunset. The crescent-shaped and 5-km length lake was artificially created. Around the lake are gardens as well as houses with French architecture.
Tri An lake

A 3-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City, Tri An Lake is one of the largest hydroelectric dams in Vietnam. Spending the night on a floating boat and enjoying the moonlight in the wind are truly memorable experiences. Tri An Lake is home to many species of fish and nearby residents rely on fishing on the lake.
Thac Ba lake

About 180 km from Hanoi, Thac Ba Lake is one of the largest and most beautiful artificial lakes in Vietnam, with more than 1300 islands and a large number of caves. Here, you can experience the ethnic cultures of the Dao, Tay, Thai and Muong people.
