Vietnamese Missions Abroad Connects Resources for Ho Chi Minh City

The reception was attended by Heads of Vietnamese representative missions abroad, including Ambassadors and Consuls General of Vietnam for the term 2024 - 2027 in countries: Switzerland, Cuba, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc.

According to Hoan, Ho Chi Minh City always calls for the support of Heads of Vietnamese representative missions abroad in the process of developing the city. He requested that Vietnamese Ambassadors and Consul Generals to introduce and invite large foreign investors to develop transport infrastructure, big urban areas, and new technology industries for the city.

Ho Chi Minh city Vice Chairman Vo Van Hoan also hoped that Vietnamese Ambassadors and Consul Generals would introduce and give advice about international partners. Representing the delegation, Ambassador Mai Phan Dung acknowledged the proposals of Ho Chi Minh City and affirmed that Heads of Vietnamese representative missions abroad would always strive to contribute to the process of integration and development of Ho Chi Minh City through support in attracting investment, promoting export of goods, and building and perfecting policies.
