Vietnam’s Weather Forecast (Feb. 19): High Temperatures, Intense Heat In The North
According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, The Northern region and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue continue to rain with early morning fog and sunny afternoon.
The mornings and nights are cold. The temperature tends to increase sharply with the highest level of 28 degrees, there are places above 32 degrees.
The remaining areas of the country will have showers at night and sunny days, especially in the Southeast region. The Southern Regional Hydrometeorological Station also said that heat waves occurred widely in the Southeast and Ho Chi Minh City.

Northwest region: The weather forecast is predicted to be cloudy and rainy in some places, with early morning fog and sunny afternoon. Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees. Highest temperature: 25-28 degrees, some places above 32 degrees.
Northeast region: The weather will be cloudy and rainy in some regions, with early morning fog and sunny in the afternoon. Southeast wind level 2-3. The lowest temperature is 18-21 degrees, in some mountainous areas it is below 18 degrees. Highest temperature: 25-28 degrees, some places above 28 degrees.
Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather will be cloudy and rainy, with early morning fog and sunny afternoon. Southeast wind level 2-3. The mornings and nights are cold. Lowest temperature: 19-22 degrees. Highest temperature: 26-29 degrees, some places above 29 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature: 21-24 degrees. The highest temperature is 29-32 degrees, in the South there are places above 32 degrees.
The Central Highlands: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast to east wind level 2-3.
Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees. Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees, some places above 32 degrees.
The Southern region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees. Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees.

Hanoi: The weather forecast is predicted to be cloudy with rain in some places, and early morning fog. It is sunny in the afternoon. Southeast wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature: 20-22 degrees. Highest temperature: 26-28 degrees.
Ho Chi Minh City: The weather will be sunny and warm during the day, with intense heat in the afternoon. East wind level 2-3. The lowest temperature is from 22-25 degrees. Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees.
