About 200 cherry trees from Japan to be presented in Hanoi
Japan will present Hanoi 200 cherry trees and bring about 10,000 cherry branches for the Japanese culture exchange at 19h00pm on March 19th at Ly Thai To garden.
Japan will present Hanoi 200 cherry trees and bring about 10,000 cherry branches for the Japanese culture exchange at 19h00pm on March 19th at Ly Thai To garden.
The exchange will draw the participation of famous Japanese singers and artists such as Mizuki Ichiro and Itsuwa Mayumi, and 12 Japanese students from Fukushima city.

The Japanese side conducted careful research to select cherry varieties from the North East with the most similar climate and soil to Hanoi.
These trees will be planted at Peace Park in Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
The growers and horticulturalists from Japan will oversee the planting and care of the trees to ensure that they will bloom after one year./.
