Contestant from Palestine won first prize of writing contest “Hanoi in my heart”
A contestant from Palestine has won the first prize of a writing contest under the theme “Hanoi in my heart” while the two second prizes were presented to representative from the Russian Embassy in Vietnam and an overseas Vietnamese living in Germany.

| This contest aimed to ignite love and pride of overseas Vietnamese for Hanoi, created opportunities for international friends to show their feelings and promoted mutual understanding and solidarity between Vietnamese people as well as Hanoians and international friends. |

| As many as 206 entries were sent to the organizers, including those from Japan, France, Russia, Germany, India and Indonesia, Mozambique, the Philippines, Laos and Palestine. |

| Saleem Hammad from Palestine won the first prize. |

| The two second prizes were presented to Nilov Roman, Third Secretary at the Russian Embassy in Vietnam and Nguyen Thi Tram, an overseas Vietnamese living in Germany. |
