The year 2025 closed with 10 outstanding highlights of the culture, sports and tourism sector, ranging from institutional breakthroughs, national-scale exhibitions, landmark milestones in journalism and culture, UNESCO-recognized heritage, Vietnam’s global cultural initiatives, a boom in arts and cinema, impressive sports achievements, to record-breaking growth in tourism.

The establishment of annual international cultural exchange events bearing a distinctive local identity is considered one of the key orientations to elevate cultural diplomacy and promote the image of the people and land of Can Tho amid the current period of deep international integration.

Teaching Vietnamese to foreigners is a colorful and fascinating journey. This work goes beyond simply delivering linguistic knowledge; it is also a delicate process of interaction between the teacher and the learner. It requires flexibility in teaching methods, empathy in communication, and creativity in designing engaging lessons tailored to each learner.

As Vietnamese children abroad are increasingly influenced by the local environment, many researchers and teachers of Vietnamese affirm that language teaching cannot be separated from cultural instruction. When each lesson becomes a cultural experience, children not only learn pronunciation and vocabulary but also gain deeper understanding of Viet Nam’s history, lifestyle, and values - an essential foundation for sustainably preserving the Vietnamese language within overseas communities.
