Fireworks Light up Ho Chi Minh City's Sky on April 30

Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) has recently implemented a housing improvement initiative for five sponsored children under the Quang Binh Community Development Project (Quang Binh CDP). Through this initiative, GNI provides partial financial support to help families repair or build homes that are appropriate to their actual living conditions.

After 111 days of implementing the "500-Day Campaign to Accelerate the Search, Recovery, and Identification of Fallen Soldiers' Remains," authorities have recovered the remains of more than 1,300 fallen soldiers, collected samples from over 27,000 martyrs' graves, and accelerated unexploded ordnance clearance efforts, gradually advancing the goal of reuniting Vietnam's fallen heroes with their families and comrades.

More and more highland communities develop tourism products upon natural landscapes, traditional crafts, and lifestyles to tell the story of their local cultures.

Dong Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho Party Committee, and Chairman of the Can Tho People's Council, together with the city's Vice Chairpersons of the People's Council, received a delegation from the People's Council of Champasak Province, Laos, led by Alounxay Sounnalath, Member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary of the Champasak Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Champasak People's Council, during their working visit to Can Tho on the afternoon of June 30.
