General Secretary and President To Lam Meets Cuban Delegates of Friendship and Youth
On the morning of September 27 (local time), during his state visit to Cuba, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of Vietnam To Lam engaged with representatives of the Cuban people's friendship organizations and youth. The meeting was also attended by Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudez, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of Cuba.
