By integrating technology and education, Save the Children has been helping thousands of students overcome language barriers and ignite a passion for learning through the “Vui doc cung em” application.

In early November 2024, we followed a Save the Children delegation that returned to Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province, which had just experienced a historic storm and flood that affected the lives of thousands of people and interrupted the education of many children. Here the organization carried out emergency relief efforts, supported community reconstruction, restored livelihoods, and ensured the safety of children so they could return to school and resume normal life as quickly as possible following the disaster.

In the face of increasingly serious challenges posed by climate change, education is seen as a key driver for raising awareness and inspiring action toward a greener world. At the Climate Change Education Center of Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa Province), an innovative educational model is being implemented, not only to impart knowledge but also to inspire and gradually foster a sense of environmental responsibility among the younger generation.

Nearly 18,000 people in the target communes of Quang Tri province will benefit through communication campaigns to raise awareness on issues related to climate change, gender equality and sustainable agriculture.
