Improving Child Safety on Online Environment

On November 30, World Vision Vietnam coordinated with the Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA), Vietnam Cyber Safety for Children Club (VCSC), and other organizations to hold a conference titled "Prevention of Harmful Information and Fraud Against Children in the Online Environment."

Panel session "Protecting children in the online environment: The companionship of parents, schools, technology companies, and state agencies."

The event was held as one of the Vietnam Information Safety Day 2023 activities.

During the conference, experts from World Vision Vietnam, ChildFund Vietnam, and Plan International Vietnam shared practical operational models and initiatives to prevent child abuse in the online environment.

They emphasized the importance of parental guidance, school involvement, technology company responsibility, and state management agencies in safeguarding children's online interactions.
