The Union of Friendship Organizations of An Giang province (AUFO) in coordination with An Giang University organized a thematic interaction on June 12^th 2015 to disseminate information on ASEAN Community at the University campus.

Participants in the event were Mr Tran Anh Ngoc, AUFO President and his Deputy, as well as Mr Vo Van Thang, AG University’s Head Master and his two Deputies; 50 representatives from various provincial departments and branches; and about 150 students.

Participants were shared information on the process of Vietnam’s contribution to the regional integration, the Asean People’s Forum and some Asean issues related to Vietnam.

In an animated atmosphere, about 30 minutes were reserved for answers to quite a lot of questions by representatives from the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, teachers from AG University’s Faculty of Agriculture and students around problems of agricultural production, education and integration./.
