On the same day, the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium and Luxembourg – the Vietnamese Delegation to the European Union held a similar tribute event. Attendees included ambassadors and diplomatic representatives from several embassies such as those of China, Japan, Laos, and Indonesia.
