On the afternoon of October 22, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen received a delegation from Lichtenberg District (Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany) led by District Mayor Martin Schaefer during their visit and working session with the Hanoi People’s Committee.

On October 21, the Dien Bien Union of Friendship Organizations held its first congress for the 2025-2030 tenure.
