Northern Vietnam affected by new cold spell
Today, November 8, the weather of Hanoi gets colder and dryer, as a cold spell has hit the North of Vietnam.

Hanoi and other localities in the Gulf of Tokin have been experiencing strong winds, temperature ranging from 19 to 25 celsius degree, humidity 70-75%.
Northern mountainous areas are likely to see the lowest temperatures ranging from 15 to 17 degrees centigrade in the days to come. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature for the whole northern region would be 17 to 20 degrees centigrade.
Heavy rains and thunderstorms are likely to happen in many northern and central localities until November 9.
The National Centre for Hydro-meteorology Forecasting has also issued flood warnings for rivers in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Binh Dinh and Khanh Hoa provinces from now until November 10./.
