The photo book on "Vietnam's Islands in the East Sea" by Tran Thu Dung, Co-founder of the club "Love Vietnam's Seas and Islands" in France, was the highlight of the exhibits.
According to Dung, this is the first time photos of Vietnam's oceans and islands have been shown as part of the France-Vietnam Friendship Association's activities in Voves.
Dung hoped that the exhibition would introduce worldwide friends, notably French people, to Vietnam's sovereignty over seas and islands.
In addition, more than 50 photos by Gérard Nemmi, a member of the FVFA, and numerous paintings by local artists were on display, drawing large audiences.

The event sold Vietnamese and local handicrafts to raise funds for the association's charitable operations.
Gilbert Tenèze, Chairman of the FVFA's chapter in Eure-et-Loir, expressed his hope that this event would help promote mutual understanding and solidarity between the people of the two countries, thus contributing to the development of France-Vietnam friendship.
