WVIV Supports the Disabilities to Create Sustainable Livelihoods
	World Vision Promotes Comprehensive Nutritional Care for Vietnamese Children

Vice President Nguyen Ngoc Hung briefed WVI on Vietnam’s ongoing organizational restructuring, which is designed to establish a leaner, more streamlined, stronger, and more effective administrative apparatus. This major initiative by the Party and the State of Vietnam seeks to improve operational efficiency and bring local government authorities closer to the people to better serve their needs.

This restructuring also influences the operations of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam. Accordingly, VUFO Vice President recommended that WVI stay updated and closely aligned with the guidelines, resolutions, and decisions of the Vietnamese government, as well as with the socio-economic developments of each locality. This will enable WVI to adopt appropriate and effective approaches in implementing its programs and projects.

Vice President Nguyen Ngoc Hung highly appreciated WVI's positive contributions over the years in implementing community-based projects, particularly its participation in campaigns such as supporting the recovery from Typhoon Yagi and the campaign to eliminate makeshift and dilapidated housing. These activities are in line with WVI's development orientation and have delivered practical benefits to the Vietnamese people.

To further improve cooperation effectiveness in the future, he proposed that WVI continue to prioritize key areas such as child protection, improved nutrition, livelihood support, and strengthening community resilience to natural disasters. In addition, he encouraged WVI to enhance its engagement with businesses and apply technology in education and digital skills training, thereby increasing project effectiveness and promoting sustainable development in Vietnam.

Agreeing with the discussions, Doseba Tua Sinay stated that WVI is gradually expanding beyond its traditional model by exploring and implementing new initiatives to better meet the needs of the people and adapt to the socioeconomic development of localities.

He expressed his hope that WVI would continue to receive support and cooperation from VUFO in providing information, streamlining administrative procedures, and facilitating connections with relevant agencies.
