“Honorary Citizen of Seoul” Tran Ngoc Lam, a member of the Executive Committee of the General Association of Vietnamese People in the RoK, has been elected to serve as a Prosecutor of the Migrant Network under the Seoul Immigration Office for the 2026-2027 term. He is the first Vietnamese national to hold this position, creating an additional channel connecting the Vietnamese community with local authorities and helping convey migrants’ voices and needs during their integration into Korean society.
