The People’s Committee of Hà Nam Province organized the 2024 training conference on external communication regarding human rights on the afternoon of December 12. The event combined in-person and online formats, connecting the provincial People’s Committee headquarters with local districts, towns, and cities. Over 200 delegates attended the event.
