Phan Anh Son, President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations, said: Vietnam and Saudi Arabia have good friendship. Towards the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries (1999 - 2024), the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations hopes to coordinate with the Saudi Arabian Embassy to organize anniversary activities; hold information sessions about Saudi Arabia for Vietnamese people's organizations, businesses, and students; and organize a Saudi Arabian business delegation to visit and work in Vietnam.

According to Ambassador Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia have many similarities in culture, lifestyle, and society. Both countries are developing dynamically and hold important positions in their respective regions. In recent years, Vietnam - Saudi Arabia relations have witnessed positive developments. In addition to accomplishments in the fields of diplomacy, economics, and trade, it is necessary to promote cultural and tourism exchanges. The Embassy of Saudi Arabia hopes to have more connection activities between the people of the two countries; attract more Saudi tourists to visit Vietnam; and introduce Saudi Arabian culture and art to Vietnamese people.

The two sides agreed to maintain information exchange; and continue to discuss plans for coordination in upcoming activities. At the same time, they agreed to introduce partners to each other; contributing to promoting people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
