As part of the international travel fair held at the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Poland, the Embassy of Viet Nam in Poland organized a space showcasing the country’s tourism offerings.

At the fair, the Embassy introduced Polish and international visitors to Viet Nam’s attractive tourism products and services while facilitating direct connections among travel businesses from Viet Nam, Poland and other countries.

The promotional space attracted considerable attention from visitors, local businesses and international enterprises. Through direct exchanges at the fair, many visitors and Polish and international partners expressed their appreciation for Viet Nam’s tourism products, services and attractive destinations. They also sought further information about tourism in Viet Nam to plan travel experiences, establish connections and promote tourism cooperation with the country.

In 2025, Viet Nam welcomed more than 70,000 Polish visitors. The figure is expected to reach 100,000 in 2026 and continue rising, supported by Viet Nam’s 45-day visa exemption for tourists from Poland and several European countries, preparations for the signing of a tourism cooperation agreement between the two countries, and the planned resumption of direct flights from Hanoi to Warsaw by Poland’s national airline, LOT, in March 2027.

The Warsaw International Travel Fair 2026 is one of the largest tourism, trade and cultural promotion events in Central and Eastern Europe. This year’s event combined business-to-business (B2B) networking opportunities for travel companies with an inspiring space for visitors interested in experiential tourism.

Highlighting the significance of the Embassy’s participation, Vietnamese Ambassador to Poland Ha Hoang Hai said that organizing a space to promote Viet Nam’s tourism at the Warsaw Ptak Expo 2026 International Travel Fair reflected the importance attached to promoting Vietnamese tourism products and services. He noted that tourism was considered a sector with substantial growth potential in Poland and the European Union.

The event also makes a practical contribution to the double-digit economic growth target set by the Government for 2026 and subsequent years. At the same time, it helps promote Viet Nam’s national image, people, culture and tourism in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe.
