17-member executive board of Vietnam - India Friendship Association of Binh Duong province on November 10.

The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People’s Council and Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Van, Chairwoman of provincial Union of Friendship Organizations; Mr. Ha Minh Hue, Standing Vice Chairman of Vietnam - India Friendship Association of Vietnam.
Provincial Vietnam-India Friendship Association now has a total of 111 members. In the 2019-2024 tenure, the association will concentrate on informing people from all strata of the history and development of India while popularizing Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular to Indian people. The association will also organize exchanges between people of the two countries in order to popularize Vietnam and India’s highlights on land, people and culture.
The congress selected a 17-member executive board of the association. Vu Thi Van Huong was nominated as Chairwoman of the association for the first tenure./.
