Vietnamese Cuisine Day Takes Place in British Columbia (Canada)

"Vietnamese F&B Promotion Day" was held by the Vietnamese Consulate General in Vancouver (Canada) in coordination with the Vietnamese Canadian Business Association (VCB Association), supermarkets, restaurants, and import-export companies of Vietnamese Canadians in British Columbia.
Speaking at the event, the Vietnamese Consul General in Vancouver Nguyen Quang Trung stressed that Vietnamese cuisine contributes to diversifying the culinary scene of Canada, particularly British Columbia.
He emphasized the importance of organizing exchange programs, and trading opportunities in food products, drinks, and fruits for travel companies, businesses, and people from the two countries.
He hopes more Canadian businesses and guests will come to Vietnam to explore business opportunities as well as enjoy the local landscapes, sceneries, cuisine, and cultures.
The Vietnamese cuisine promotion event attracted many Vietnamese people living in the city. The community shared that they appreciated the organization by the Vietnamese Consul General in Vancouver and hope it will be held annually to honor Vietnamese culture abroad.
