The tournament featured 16 amateur teams competing across four pitches.

Hundreds of spectators, including Vietnamese expatriates and local Japanese residents, came to the stadium to cheer for the teams.

After a day of intense and exciting competition, FC Hoang Hai Watch claimed the championship title. FC Numazu finished as runner-up, while FC T-Connect Binh Dinh and FC Nghe Tinh Shizuoka shared third place.

The organizing committee also awarded individual honors: the Golden Boot went to Paulo Miura of FC Hoang Hai Watch and Nguyen Van An of FC Nghe Tinh Shizuoka. The Best Goalkeeper award was given to Nguyen Manh Linh, and the Best Player award went to Hoang Quoc Viet, both from FC Hoang Hai Watch.

According to Doan Son Tung, head of the Organizing Committee, this tournament is an annual event in Fukuroi City. However, this year's edition held special significance as it coincided with nationwide celebrations of April 30. "All participating teams were eagerly awaiting the day they could take to the field," he said.

Do Quang Ba, president of FAVIJA, emphasized that beyond promoting healthy sporting activities and strengthening community bonds, the tournament was also a meaningful event expressing patriotism and attachment to the homeland. "The tournament helped spread the love for the homeland among overseas Vietnamese," he noted.

The four top-ranked teams also secured their spots at the upcoming National Vietnamese Football Championship in Japan, scheduled to take place later this year in Tokyo.
