Vietnamese 'ghost driver' accelerates Mercedes to deadly speed

On the afternoon of January 23, international press and media outlets simultaneously reported on the closing session of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The campaign’s implementation demonstrated the strength of decisive direction from the central level, the synchronized engagement of the entire political system, and the unity and concerted efforts of the whole population, creating a “victory” imbued with strong humanitarian values and profound political and social significance.
