Vietnamese specialties among world’s best 30 dishes
Vietnam’s Pho and Goi cuon (fresh spring rolls) have been named in the list of the best 30 dishes of the world in a survey by CNN.

As a symbol of Vietnamese cuisine culture, Pho is present anywhere around the world and it’s a great combination of rice noodle, herbs, thinly-sliced beef or chicken meat and broth.
Meanwhile, Goi cuon consists of boiled pork, shrimp, herbs, rice vermicelli and rice paper. It’s served with sauce made from a variety of ingredients and herbs.
Other dishes on the list include chicken muamba of Gabon, tom yum goong of Thailand, hamburger of Germany, Peking duck of China, and sushi of Japan./.
